Upload a pet photo and pet name using the required upload/personalization app. A Glowing Paw designer draws the artwork in 2 days, the customer approves a preview/proof, and the finished keepsake is sent/given 2 days later.

Every Glowing Paw piece is custom-made by hand from your pet’s photo, with care put into the little details that make them them — their expression, markings, and personality. I personally turn each photo into a soft glowing portrait, so it never feels like a generic pet frame; it’s made to feel like your pet, your memory, and something you’d actually want to keep out on display.

Yes. The product media order is being set so the square 1:1 lifestyle/product image is first, while 16:9 images are used elsewhere for homepage and section storytelling.
