These Terms of Service apply when you use this website or buy from us.

Product information

We sell personalised pet products, including the Pawjector (a pet collar projector with custom-printed lenses) and the Custom Light Portrait, both made to order from your pet's photo.

Your photos and text

By uploading a photo or entering text, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it is not unlawful or offensive. We use your photos and text only to create and deliver your order. We may decline an order if the content is unsuitable.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Pricing and availability

Prices, offers and availability may change. If there is an obvious pricing or product error, we may cancel or correct the order and contact you.

Use of the website

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
