We ship orders to the delivery address entered at checkout.

Shipping costs

Standard tracked delivery is free. An optional Priority Tracked Shipping upgrade is available at checkout for $4.99 (the price is shown at checkout in your currency).

Made to order

Every Pawjector lens and Custom Light Portrait is personalised from your pet's photo. We make your item after you approve your design preview, so please reply to your preview email as soon as you can to avoid delays.

Delivery times

Your personalised order is made and shipped with tracking. Delivery takes 7–14 days.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by courier delays, customs checks, weather, public holidays or incorrect addresses.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, we will send tracking details by email after dispatch.

Address issues

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, contact us and we will do our best to help.
